Applications and characteristics
FRD gypsum discharging machine is a central unloading machinery picking up materials from large volume and large diameter silos. The working plate rotates along with the discharging scraper plate, and the materials are discharged with it, without causing bridging. It solves the problems the FGD by-produced gypsum being clammy during storage and transportation and the difficulty of using normal bulk material discharging machine to load and unload materials. The use of FRD gypsum discharging machine can increase the output torque and avoid material arching in the silo, saving storage space and protecting the power plant environment.

Unique Scraper Device
The scraper device includes a central steel wheel hub equipped with six bend steel arms. The leading edge of the steel arm has a steel wear-resistant lining and is surface hardened at the tip.
While in running, the scraper device rotates, and the scraping blades insert the material and rotate, meanwhile scraping the material to the rotation center, and the material goes into a wagon hopper through the discharging hopper below.
